Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your SFOX eyewear, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • The triangular label in the middle of the glasses must not be torn off (returns will not be accepted if it is torn off)

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn outdoors
  • Items with the triangular label in the middle of the lens torn off
  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage
  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange for a different color, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment account within 7 business days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange for a different color, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order enters the processing stage and may not be able to be canceled.
