Striving for environmental sustainability: Castor-derived Bio-PA12
We continuously develop new materials and have fully transitioned to eco-friendly materials derived from castor beans. These materials are not only more environmentally friendly than traditional TR90 but also offer greater elasticity, superior resistance to temperature extremes, and a lighter weight. Furthermore, in the interest of environmental sustainability and health, our frames utilize a paint-free manufacturing process and fully comply with EU REACH standards.
We are the inventors of ultra-clear, ghost-free lenses for night riding.
Standard photochromic cycling glasses often produce "ghost images" of lights at night due to reflections caused by lens coatings. We utilize a dual-layer OAR (Optically Anti-Reflective) coating on both the front and back surfaces of the lens, combined with a proprietary anti-reflective tint. This eliminates unwanted reflections and increases light transmission, resulting in superior visual clarity free from ghosting. Because this technology requires a secondary coating process with a low yield rate, production costs are exceptionally high.
